Account and Data Deletion
Pupsteps users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data from within the Pupsteps app.
To delete your account in the app:
• Open Pupsteps.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.
Users who cannot access the app may request account and data deletion by emailing support@pupsteps.co.uk with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please include the email address connected to the Pupsteps account so the request can be verified.
When an account is deleted, Pupsteps deletes the user’s account and associated app data, including profile information, saved wellbeing entries, progress, friend information and other data connected to the account. Limited information may only be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment or accounting obligations. Any retained information will be kept only for the required period and will not remain available as an active Pupsteps account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
